Industrial battery storage enables participation in the energy market and the generation of additional revenue:
Your business can buy electricity when the spot market price is low (e.g. when there is a surplus of wind or solar power on the grid) and sell it back when the price is high, regardless of your own consumption (you use battery storage as a trading tool). Efficient trading requires a battery storage management system that will track current spot market prices, and advanced algorithms that optimize the moment of buying and selling, and is owned by an aggregator that manages the trading for you and maximizes the profit from the battery.
